Reports are the main stay of any client with a constant flow of collections, timely reports are necessary to track you assets and the collective abilities of your agency, its various collectors and if attorneys are involved to track the quality and performance of each attorney, Bilateral reports come in many flavors and span current files, historical, activities both actions and money including analysis of money collected over time periods, inventory of calls, letters and more. Reports are available weekly, monthly or for any period of time based on claim placement date. Reports come on paper, excel or even comma delimited. Bilateral also has a program in place to download our entire working files with all of the above at the end of each week allowing your programmers to upload into your files our activities of the prior week. Information on a timely basis is what we feel is needed by our clients to be able to track our actions and easily recognize the efforts being placed on each and every collection account.

Bilateral can customize reports to a clients particular needs and method of delivery of that information also the needed information can be delivered on a pre determined time schedule or on demand.

Information is accountability, can you get this from your agency?, if not why operate in the dark when you can have all this control over your receivables and more from Bilateral at no extra cost.

Bilateral will go so far as to tell you when we deposited your debtors check, the amount deposited, the expected time to guarantee a particular item is cleared, the current balance, the date we will release the proceeds to you (usually 14 days on a check, greater time on other types instruments) along with our pre assigned check number, all this is at not charge and is cumulated weekly and delivered after the close of our deposit cycle on each Friday by email to you, this is the way all collection agencies should keep you posted about your money, are you getting such reports from your agency, if not may you should ask yourself “why not”, it my companies money and my responsibility to track it to the penny.
